More than $15K worth of iPhones stolen in Burlington

Halton police are searching for five people after $15,510 worth of iPhones were stolen from a Burlington store.

Police say the group of thieves walked into the Best Buy at 1200 Brant St. at 6:11 p.m.

They waited until an area was clear of store employees and opened an unlocked drawer and stole 10 iPhone XS products.

Police say group was in and out of the store in roughly two minutes.

Investigators describe all five suspects as white. The first woman is roughly 45 years old, five-foot-five, with white-grey hair pulled back in a ponytail. She was wearing black shirt, white pants and black knee boots. The second woman is in her mid-twenties, five-foot-five, with long black hair. She was wearing a pink sweater, black undershirt, blue jeans, and black boots. The third suspect is a man in his mid-thirties, five-foot-ten, with dark brown or red hair. He was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, with white shoes and black laces. The fourth man is in his early twenties, five-foot-ten, with dark hair. He was wearing a black hat with a white emblem on the side, and a light grey sweater with a dark grey line down the arm. Police believe the fifth suspect is under the age of 18.
