Halton police are looking Vincent Jackson, 29, who walked out of Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital just after 11:30 this morning.
Jackson is 5’9″ with a medium build. He was seen wearing a black hat and a Toronto Raptors hoodie. He may be driving a silver Dodge Charger with the licence plate CETE 879.
